Meet the Maker
Hi, I’m Bursheen a passionate baker, creative spirit, and wellness expert. Baking has always been a grounding, joyful part of my life. It started with simple moments in the kitchen alongside my son, and soon grew into a heartfelt ritual of baking for every special occasion in my family and friend circle.
Driven by that passion, I went on to complete my Diploma in Patisserie and Baked Goods and food and safety certification, deepening both my technical skills and love for the craft.
While I enjoy baking everything from cakes to brownies, cookies have always had my heart especially the chunky ones: soft, gooey, golden, and crowned with flaky sea salt. They’re the comfort food I come back to again and again.
Why Crave Bakes?
After years of trying to find baked goods that aligned with my focus on mental and physical wellness, I decided to open a micro-bakery right here in Toronto, Ontario. Crave Bakes was born from the idea that indulgence can still be clean, wholesome, and made with love.
Every cookie that leaves our kitchen is handmade by me, with high standards for ingredients, texture, and flavor. My goal is to make every bite feel like home.
